Untitled

Run up from the valley and use your eyes,
there is no length of time to surmise
how long ago was a year,
though the color of the leaves does not make it clear.

Fall through the fireworks and jump into sight,
spring through the woodwork and crouch under plight.
Weather the weather in its winter charm,
summer will arrive before long.

Why wait for a warm winter day
when you can just change the way
you look at the sky and see
the sun will always be warm.

Sit on your throne and enjoy the feeling
of relieving all burdens without kneeling
to another king on another throne,
because this moment is your own.
